I’m just me. A normal, down-to-earth individual — whatever ‘normal’ means.

A forty-something, single mother of two girls who loves the outdoors, adventures, gardening, and growing vegetables and flowers.

In my free time, I enjoy walking, swimming, hiking in the mountains, reading, camping, holidays and crafts.I also enjoy cooking — mostly healthy meals — but also indulging in cake and chips.

My professional background is varied, including roles in adult social care, delivery of training and assessment, employment coaching and being a healthy lives advisor and health coach. I’ve been employed in various government positions, the NHS, and the private sector.

I also have experience in management, overseeing staff, budgets, and project management. This comes in handy when working with client’s who have business goals.

Throughout my various careers, I have always found that people naturally gravitate towards me.

I have a knack for putting others at ease and have always enjoyed working with and supporting people.

I find this rewarding because it focuses on positivity.

While I acknowledge past experiences and challenges, my goal is to help people live more fulfilled lives.

I understand that it’s not always easy for people to open up and share, but I am a great sounding board — reading between the lines to uncover what they’re not saying.

I am here to help unravel, refocus, reset, and support anyone who wants to make a change.
